Referral
1. How do I invite a friend?
Both sides of an invite get a reward. No rupee amount, and no invite code.
2. How do I withdraw a referral bonus?
No payout rule for that reward. No amount either.
3. When does referral commission arrive?
No clock for the invite reward.
4. I invited a friend and the bonus did not arrive.
No recharge threshold. A code from a chat is not a substitute.
5. How do I become an agent?
Agent rewards already paid are more than 1,000,000,000 dollars. No daily rupee rate and no commission percent.
Account
6. I forgot my password.
One login resets with an OTP. OTP-only logins send a new OTP to the same number. Do not send the OTP to someone who messages you.
7. I want to change my password.
Where a password exists, use the OTP reset. OTP-only logins have nothing to change except the next OTP.
8. How do I bind a mobile number?
Registration starts with your own mobile number. Bind the mobile before paying. One registration also collects name and email.
9. Can I change a mobile number that is already bound?
Settings do not show a way to edit the number. Support will not ask for an OTP outside official channels. Ask in the in-app chat if a change is allowed.
10. How do I bind an email?
One registration collects email. Email can also be a profile field. OTP flows that only ask for a mobile number do not show an email step.
11. Can I change an email that is already bound?
There is no self-serve email change. Use the in-app support channel for the account you registered.
12. How do I set a username?
OTP accounts are identified by the mobile number. There is no separate username step.
13. I cannot log in.
Confirm the number and request a fresh OTP. Where a password exists, try the reset. Do not hand the OTP to anyone outside the official channel.
14. The system says the account does not exist.
Check the number you registered. Create the account only if that number was never used. One rule is one account.
15. The account is locked.
Use in-app support. Staff will not ask you to pay a third party, share an OTP, or open a remote desktop to unlock a withdrawal or an account.
16. How do I register?
Install, open the app, and enter your own Indian mobile number for the OTP. Add name and email only if that screen asks. Residents of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, and Sikkim cannot join real-money play under those terms, and that affiliate does not take bets.
Withdrawal
17. How do I withdraw?
The brand page has no minimum and no payout time. Public times do not match, from a few minutes to 1 to 3 business days. Use your own UPI or bank. Do not pay a third party.
18. What has to be finished before a withdrawal?
No checklist. No KYC document list with a payout rule.
19. Where do I see the withdrawal status?

No automatic return to the balance is described.
25. The installed app will not open.
Confirm the icon matches the app you installed. Android minimums are 5.0, 6.0, 7, or 9.0. One package also asks for 2 GB RAM. This guide's file is a separate package, app.rs9.aagame.
26. KYC documents will not attach.
No KYC document list. Do not send photos to a chat account.
27. The app will not download.
Use the Android file on this guide. Searches for aa game 2 apk, aa game 2 apk download, and aa game 2 apk latest version point at that same file. They are not a second product. iPhone stays three ways: no iOS package, the mobile site, or Android only.
28. Why install the app instead of the browser?
The browser works and the app is still recommended. iPhone can use the mobile site with the same games. There is also no iOS package. Those three stay separate.
29. The withdraw button does nothing.
No chip target, biometric step, or bonus lock for that button.
30. Walk through a withdrawal again.
Open the wallet, then withdraw, to your own UPI or bank. A minimum on one how-to-play page is not copied here. Do not pay a helper.

The brand page names no method and no amount. Public lists include UPI, Paytm, and IMPS, and some add Google Pay, PhonePe, or cryptocurrency. Those lists do not match. Do not pay an id from a chat.
40. What do I check before paying?
Use your own UPI or bank. Do not change the amount. A 12-digit UPI reference can be requested. Do not post it in a group, and do not scan the same code twice.
41. The deposit has not arrived.
One recharge line allows 1 to 5 minutes, then in-app support if nothing arrives in 30 minutes. IMPS can take 5 to 10 minutes on another page. Do not pay a second id.
42. The payment screen will not open, or no account appears.

Aviator pays the stake times the multiplier if you cash out before the plane leaves. Teen Patti is three cards, with blind or seen play. Andar Bahar deals from a middle card until the rank matches. Dragon Tiger is one card each, Ace low and King high, with a tie bet. 7Up 7Down is two dice. One account adds an exact-7 result and another has no side bets.
